Strength Training Anatomy 3rd edition - Frederic Delavier
This book is chalk-full of useful information about the human body, common and not-so-common injuries (as well as how to prevent them), exercises, and extremely detailed drawings and explanations.

This site is where I learned 90% of what I know. I would not be where I am today without the free guidance of Scooby1961. His YouTube channel is full of helpful videos which explain exercises, guides, routines, and nutrition (and that's only 5% of what he has to offer). He is not out to get your dollar, only to spread helpful knowledge about the art of fitness.
